Haven't posted since 9/5. I was waiting for a whoosh. I have adjusted what I am eating (I am doing WW at home) within my plan and I finally saw the scales move! I was bouncing back and forth between 266-268 but this morning I was 262.6! I am hoping to add some walking/jogging into my exercise routine (if you can call water aerobics M-F a routine).......I know my weight will go up when I start that but the extra fluid will, eventually, flush off. I was hoping to be at 259.9 by the end of the month. If the running weight levels off soon enough, I may try to be closer to 255.
