akelly I try to come on everyday. Just like you said, "I do so much better when I post daily, the accountability helps." My goal for now is to get to 175-177 by Thanksgiving. I honestly have no clue how but I sure am gonna try . When I did this 3 years ago it was a breeze now it's taking forever for the weight to come off. But we did it before we can do it again

manna come join us ... LOL, gotta keep it positive to keep this weight moving otherwise we'd binge or maybe that's just me

VGibs and to the thread. Good job on your weight loss so far LOL on the cookie dough ... my daughter brought her package home the beginning of Oct. I ordered 3 containers (90 cookies each) so it says it will make. I am gonna have to use some serious will power not to eat those cookies after smelling them bake. But if I recall right the home baked cookies didn't do bad on the scales for me in the past so we shall see.

thanks Carma

I don't even want to get on the scale tomorrow. I ate 3/4 of a bag of Fit & Active popcorn after church tonight. I was hungry and that was the best thing I could think of. Thank goodness my little one finished it off ... love that girl, she wants everything mommy has now to drink my green tea and go to bed.

Nite nite all, rest well

ETA: just finished adding everything to MFP carbs were 194 today ... whew not good ... gotta do better tomorrow, Good night ALL

Rennie - Fit and active popcorn??? That sounds kinda awesome! You guys in the states have way better snack options then us canucks sometimes. How did the scale go this morning?

Joining in, just a bit late. I think I need some accountability to get my weight loss moving again. I've been stalled here for a while...

VGibs, it's an Aldi Foods brand. Their stuff isn't too bad. That popcorn taste about like the popcorn I normally eat so I was shocked I didn't have a gain. But once I ate a bag of popcorn and drank 2 glasses of milk and noticed I had a small loss each morning. I found that interesting. I may try that this evening since I am already almost at my calorie limit for the day. I actually need to take in more protein today. I'll figure it out. I use myfitnesspal to see my daily nutrient intake. I was .2 down this morning. The .2 that I was up yesterday I think the food in Canada is healthier than here though right!? I think is what I have heard or read, idk

Hi Darla to the thread. You've done great on your jouney so far keep up the good work

Where are the rest of you at ... I miss all of my friends

back to 182.8 this morning ... I am happy about that

Hope you all have a great day.

Rennie - Well we have way more strict food restrictions here. Like every single item legally has to have nutrition facts on it. And we have a strict format for meat production. I'm a farmers daughter so I know a lot about meat production.

Just wanted to share that I have only lost 12 lbs since Sept. because I couldn't get my act together but this week my jeans did not feel so tight and I could actually tie my sneakers with them zipped and snapped. So excited. Now we will see how tomorrow's weight is since we just went out to dinner.

Lindy 12lbs is great. And a great NSV on the jeans and tying your sneakers. Don't know what time you go to bed but get that water in Lady ... make that scale be good to you. Oh and 12 spears of steamed asparagus will help with the sodium also for a great weigh in

Well have a great night everyone

Thank you for the encouragement Rennie! I got back up on the horse and even with TOM being here and my cheat I still lost 1.8lbs this week.

Lindy87- Congrats! That's a great loss

Finally, some movement down! I ate mostly protein yesterday, took my dog on a 45 minute walk and listened to a Jillian Michael's podcast (about how most "plateaus" are just laziness with tracking, so I got really serious) and bam! Down 1.2lbs this morning. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day so hoping to maintain or, dare I hope, lose more. My pattern for the past few months has been no loss for quite a while, then a ton gone at once. Fingers crossed! I want to hit my 100lbs lost by Thanksgiving or, if not, my birthday on 12/11.

Hi everyone. I am gonna jump on board also. I like that so many people post daily. The other threads I am on are all dead and i need the daily accountability. I only weigh once a week but I will still post to say whether I stayed on plan, exercised, etc. I weighed today so I will start with that.

11/8: 232 (-4)
11/15
11/22
11/29

PUPMOM5 You've done great you've got this

Hi VGibs

Hi ashley and the thread Nice job on your weight loss so far

Hi Melissa to the thread Nice job on your weight loss so far

Hi dolphin

I was down .2 again to 182.6. Don't know what the scale will show in the morning since after the gym we went to Kroger and I ate 3 small boneless buffalo wings and an apple grape pack. I know it's too late to be eating but I was hungry.

Have a good night everyone
