BeverlyJoy, I also love Facetime. It is so great to see the grandkids when they live so far away.
* I am very grateful that I weighed in at 181.4 this morning. In my opinion, this is nothing short of a minor miracle. I am 58 and have not been at this weight since my early 20s. Even then, I doubt that I ever saw this number as I was gaining weight rapidly at that time.
* I am very grateful that I found my way to a low carb diet. I think that I can live with this for the rest of my life and that it will help me avoid the diabetes and dementia that run in my family.
* I am grateful for the doctor that set me on this path.
* I am grateful for the books and blogs that encourage me on this path.
* I am grateful for and to my Lord and Saviour and want to give him the glory in this.
* I am grateful for the support here on 3FC.
* Lastly, as always, I am grateful for indoor plumbing!
