My weight is up but I haven't been too off-plan. I am optimistically expecting a whoosh sometime soon... I think my -5 lbs last week was a little too good to be true. Probably was a little dehydrated or something. Anyway, hope everyone had a nice holiday and time to get back in the saddle for me.

I have lost 43.4 pounds since September 16. Would like to lose an additional 39 pounds to be the weight I was in graduate school. Enjoying the challenge. Been having a lot of nausea lately. I am not sure if it hurts or helps.

Hey Everyone! Looks like all of you are doing well. I haven't wieghed and don't want to! I had some very bad days missing my boy. I need to get new batteries for my scale. I always forget at the store. I may have to put my scale in the car to remember. I do think I will reach my VD goal, just wanted it sooner.
