So hungry tonight

I am hungry tonight; I haven't been this hungry in weeks, and I can't stop thinking about food. I actually gave myself permission to go on a mini-rampage, since I don't have anything in the house that's actually off plan. I went way above my usual goal for carbs, but I'm still just this side of my calorie goal for the day.

I'm just scared that this is the first step of a backslide; it always goes like this for me. Eat well, lose some weight, get hungry, eat a little more, and it just keeps going. I don't want to stop losing, and I CAN'T gain again. I can't ever let myself get back to my highest weight. Shoot, I'm aiming to get out of the 200s and never see them again.

I have been eating very low calorie trying to keep my weight falling off; I may have to up the calories a bit and just accept a slower rate of loss. It might also be TOM, but I'm not sure because I've never been regular. I just....I don't want to binge tonight or ever again.

Boyfriend is working overnights now and I'm very lonely and bored. That's probably not helping.

All right chicks. Great talk. Thanks for letting me vent.

I am right there too! I went on vacation and came back with 6 lbs... I haven't tracked in weeks... I feel a pending slippery slope! I need someone to kick me in the butt!! I need to get back on track! Grrrr

Hugs

Go to bed when you're hungry!
Do not binge.
You can do this, just take it one day at a time!

Ladies, pay attention to what you are feeling and nip it in the bud. Stop it right now!!!

Go for a walk, drink some water. Do what you are supposed to do. Track your calories, don't cheat!

Take it from someone who didn't pay any attention when she was on the slippery slope!

Don't binge, the temporary good feelings are not worth the time it takes to lose it. Lonely is hard, but you did good posting here! Lots of motivation, so post away till binge urge passes!

I ended up going over my carb count somewhat, but still low enough to count as low carb. I still came in under my calorie goal. Once I realized what I was doing, I was able to stop it and I used warm herbal tea to give myself a feeling of fullness.

I am much better today, and I'm glad I didn't go on a full out binge. I was feeling a little bit proud of myself, and it felt better than the food would have tasted. Thanks everybody on this board for your support.
