(((HUGS))) My sister has fibromyalgia and she suffers a great deal. They have never given her Prednisone for it at least not yet. She is having the gastric bypass surgery for her weightloss on september. She is in too much pain to get out and walk or do any form of exercise right now.

Woo hoo! I actually went grocery shopping today and then cooked dinner.

I feel like myself again. So far, no weight gain. But, it can still happen. Here's hoping. . .
