Plateau?

    I started in may with a life style change and have a question in the last 2 weeks almost I haven't even budged on the scale yet I am noticing a tremendous difference.. what is this exactly a plateau? Or muscles being gained? Just frustrating because I was loosing so rapid then it came to a hault!! anyone go through this? thanks
  • A plateau is a period of time in which your body is adapting to a stimulus and is reflecting no observable change although you have not changed your routine.

    Go read the book "Mastery" by George Leonard. Great book, its all about plateaus. its also only like 80 pages (if that). You can read it in an afternoon.
