So, if we gave out awards on 3FC, I'd want one he*ll of a participant ribbon today! lol i came home to workout after my super long grad rehearsal and day sheperding my beloved teenagers, and i fell asleep 5 minutes after I got home. I woke up in a daze at 9 50 pm, put on my spandex and I am working out in two minutes. lol I deserve a metaphorical cookie.
I think I'm pretty cool because I just survived my husband's 12 day vacation and didn't gain any weight. I didn't lose any either...but considering how many times I had to say no, I'm going to take it as a victory!
Ian - Pics of the new hair and glasses or it didn't happen!
Punk - I hear you on that. I've survived my partner's birthday week so far and have even managed to bag a lb loss. I did have a cupcake yesterday though. Cupcakes are my kryptonite.
So freakin close to my big 212 goal. Hoping that'll happen by the end of the week, but we'll see. This beer diet is sounding more and more tempting...
Hi, everyone! I have always wanted to sit at the cool kids table, this is awesome!
So yesterday I walked to and from the zoo - four miles each way! - as well as walking around inside the zoo for several hours. I felt very accomplished. It definitely helped that it was a beautiful day yesterday and I wanted to take advantage of every minute of it. I love summer!
It's been awhile since I've been here. May wasn't a very good month for me weight-loss wise. I gained 2 pounds, but considering I had finals and a 2-week vacation, I think I did pretty well. I've since gotten back on track, lost 11 pounds, and am currently at 201 pounds, my lowest weight so far this journey! I'm excited about seeing onderland soon!
Victory for today-
Have been hungry at work since 3pm today and have yet to wonder over to the vending machine or partake in the fundraising candy. Also, no coffee this morning (day two of trying to switch to green tea)
I posted in your mini-goal post, but I'll say it again here. You look awesome in your dress!
My share of the day: My waist is becoming defined! As far back as I can remember, I've always had a straight torso with no waist to speak of. The past couple of weeks, I've been thinking that I look like I have a waist. I've never felt like I had a feminine figure, so this is so weird to me! I'm excited to see how things progress as I lose more weight!
