My maintenance range is 145-150. Went 5 pounds above my maintenance range during vacation. January 2012: Still had to deal with gain from Christmas vacation and allergic reaction. Still dealing with an allergic reaction. March 2012: Stayed within my maintenance range. April 2012: Stayed within my maintenance range. May 2012: Stayed within my maintenance range. June 2012: Stayed within my maintenance range. July 2012: 4th of July/Birthday - Went a little above my maintenance range. August 2012: Angio Edema diagnosis/shingles - went above my maintenance range September 2012: Still struggled with the Angio Edema and medicine for it. Above my maintenance range. October 2012: Got into my maintenance range. Weight went back up at the end of the month due to the fair and DH's Birthday November 2012: Above my maintenance range, but still working on things. December 2012: Above my maintenance range. Went on a cruise. January 2013: January 1 weight: 164 January 31 weight: 158.6 Above my maintenance range. Thyroid meds still off. Have been since the Summer, but getting better, as per Endo. Lowest weight in January 157.8. February 2013: February 1 weight: 159.2 February 28 weight: 159.6 I was above my maintenance range throughout the month. Still working on things with the angio edema. I'm still having flare ups but I "feel" like things are getting better. March 2013: I started March 1 at 160 on March 31 I weighed in at 159.4. I basically maintained for the month. I am not happy about that but it is better than a gain. Lowest weight in March was 157.2. Still working toward 150. April 2013: I started April 1 at 161 on April 31 I weighed in at 158.2. I had a loss of 2.8 pounds. I feel that I have continued to maintain since my weight has been up and down all month and I have not gotten down to this year's low of 157.2 in March. Still working toward 150. I started taking the antihistamine twice a day this month. I had a 2+ pound gain overnight at the beginning of the month and woke to my left eye being almost swollen shut. I feel better since starting back to taking the antihistamine twice a day. May 2013: I started May 1 at 158.2, on May 31 I weighed 159.8. The 3rd week of the month I changed my antihistamine. I changed to 1 Allegra AM and 2 Benadryl in the PM. June 2013: Dr. increased my Synthroid meds again. She also advised me to start doing some yoga since I am still dealing with stress and it has continued to have a negative affect on my thyroid. I started June 1 at 159.8 and June 30 weighed 158.8. I had another month of maintaining, although, my goal is to start losing again. June Goal Weight: 206.4-204.4 Official Weigh Day is Saturday: Bolded 01: 214.4 (I went over my calories for the last two days, and this is me weighing two hours after I ate breakfast because I forgot I was doing this. Whoops.) 02: 211.6 (Whoa, whoosh fairy!) 03: 213.something (I only got two hours of sleep, and I ate really late. Basically squished lunch and dinner together last night so I would want to wake up and eat because I need to get up early this morning. Weight fluctuations are why I usually only weigh once a week.) 04: 212.2 05: 211.0 (I ate really badly for one meal last night and went way over my calories.) 06: I'm going to be out of town attending a concert and won't be able to be on my low cal plan, so I won't be weighing today. 07: 215.6 (My feet were swollen yesterday. I don't know if it's because of the shoes I was wearing or the massive amounts of salt I was eating and retaining water. I eat badly for the past couple of days, too, and I will eat badly today. But tomorrow I'm back on track and will sign up at the rec center to swim and work out. 08: 216.4 (Definitely the result of bad eating and way too much salt for most of the week. Back to the grind today.) 09: 214.4 (Again. Made a goal with my friend that in a year, I'll do a Victoria's Secret bra fitting and buy myself one of their bras as a gift for myself. I need to lose as much weight as I can.) 10: 213.6 11: 216.2 (I haven't been doing well with this at all. I'll follow my healthy eating thing all day and be fine through dinner, but end up snacking on whatever the **** I can find in the fridge two hours later. I can't seem to stop. :() 12: 214.8 (I don't think I'm going to reach either of my goal weights for this month, but any weight lost will be a victory in my book.) 13: 215.0 (Leaving today after lunch to go on a road trip with my friend and visit our other friend.) 14: I won't be able to weigh myself 15: Or track calories during this time. 16: We are supposed to be home today, but I'm not sure what time. 17: For most of the time I was on the vacation I had really uncomfortable pressure pain in the stomach and thought it was because the food would not go down the way it was supposed to. I think that's fixed now and has been replaced by a pulled muscle on the right size of abdominal? area. I haven't really been keeping track of calories I've been eating because I didn't feel like eating much at all with all of this uncomfortable pain. Eating only made me feel worse and sick. 18: ^ 19: ^ 20: ^ 21: 208.0 22: Wasn't home for the morning weigh in. 23: 208.8 24: 208.4 25: 209.0 (Went swimming yesterday, and I can feel pain in some muscles, so I think this gain is lactic acid. 26: 208.4 27: 208.2 (I'm kind of saddened at the fact that I really haven't lost weight in a week. Hopefully the next week is better.) 28: 209.8 (I don't know if this is all lactic acid because I've been swimming this week or if I'm maybe now getting enough calories now that I've started burning some. I might start trying to increase my calorie intake by a couple of hundred next week and seeing what happens.) 29: 210.4 Ate pretty badly last night, but I also stopped expecting to go below 208 this month, so I'm not too worried. Today is a new day. 30: 209.6 (I'm upset that I didn't lose as much as I wanted to, and I definitely don't like writing everyday.
