I am really wanting to be in wonderland next month but we shall see 10 pound I gotta loose lets see what happens I think a few of us have a thing for onederland I am sure wonderland is gunna get their azz kicked lol

Yay!! Mnemosyne I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to the fight of your life. LOL. Onederland really likes to test the nerves. Ian's pretty close though and has promised to give her a stern "talking" to, so hopefully the rest of us can get by without incident.

You'll love the 2-digits Charliee. I found them easier than the 2-teens.

It looks like the next set of ONE-derlanders are not going to take things sitting down.

Haha, so true Ian. I say pee and you'll be there Dcapulet.

So I need some advice, I've been slacking off in the exercise department for the last couple of weeks and I want to get back on track. I lowered my calorie intake to make up for the lack of exercise, and I'm wondering if I should up it right away, or work out for a few days and then slowly up it again.

Any thoughts?

I would see how it goes without upping your calories. I never did up mine, even with the large amounts of exercise I am doing. I do pay extra attention to protein though and try to eat as much of that as I can in a low calorie way.

About calories and exercising....I advise letting your body lead the way. If your hungry? Eat until not.

I actually dropped a pound in the middle of the day. Isn't that awesome?! I LOVE when that happens. 203.8
I went to a farmers market and spoke to a really cool chick that is into herbs. http://www.annasapothecary.com/
She had a nice liver cleansing tincture that I decided to try. Turns out some of the herbs are also a bit of a diuretic, which is nice, because I carry around so much water weight.
