*peeks in* Hi ladies! I'm going to join you guys, I'm finally in the 250s after spending forever in the 260s. lol it feels good. I got down to 255 but then I fell of my diet and gained back up to 265 :( and I was stuck there for almost 2 months. I tweaked my diet and exercise routine and started losing again and I'm back at 255
I eat 1200 calories and I walk for 40 minutes. When I was doing jillian michaels videos I lost weight the first few days then I gained it all back. I tried a few of her videos (completed them too) and no weight loss. So I just stopped doing the videos and just stuck to walking and I've been losing. So I guess that's what works for me.

Hi everyone! I am back down to 265.2 today. I ate better today, and I got off a few stops early from my bus to walk about a mile home. Not bad. Tests went okay...not great, but for certain I passed, and am in decent position for term end. It isn't much, but I carry around a 20lb backpack, so at least I am getting some resistance in!

Sounds great! Way to go! :D
I intentionally broke my juice fast yesterday, and am slowly transitioning back to solid foods. I had soup yesterday with rice noodles. It was quite salty. I feel sad/panicky/worried the scale was up 1.1 lbs today. :( I'm hoping it's either the salt content or perhaps just having something solid in my body for the first time in over a week. I'll keep on track and take things as they come with the intent to lose weight. As an NSV, I did sleep early last night and got a honkin 11 hours of sleep. lol. ;) Wish me luck! *fingers-crossed*
