One Reason To Stay On Plan Today~May
:carrot: I cannot believe it's already May!!!! Let's do this people, another month to make the greatest so far in 2013. It's spring, the flowers are blooming, local farmer's markets are opening up left and right, and it's the perfect time to get in some extra exercise and really work on ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually!
What's your reason for staying on plan today? Mine is progress, with having been eating cleaner for two weeks, I am really beginning to see some progress not just weight wise, but inches, my skin is starting to glow more, my mind is clearer, my emotions are more in check, and things are overall more positive! |
I want to weigh less than my husband...perhaps it's superficial...but I liked it much better when he weighed a lot more than me. :D

Staying on plan because I am so very thankful for all I have accomplished and what I will continue to accomplish. Staying on plan also because it's a powerful motivator when we all join together and prove that we can do this!!

I'm going to stay on plan because no one has found the magic weight loss wand yet ;)

I'm going to stay on plan because I was surprised and pleased to see another pound gone this morning, and because I'm on day 20. Only ten more days to hit my first mini-goal!

I'm finally scheduling my Doctor's appointment to get the pill! I've analysed my graph for the past few months, and should get a new low weight the week starting 13th May... I know it's completely counterintuitive to intuitive eating, but I need my number as low as possible when I set foot in that office again! Sometimes I forget I'm nearly 32 and responsible doc's WILL check your BMI much more stringently.
This is a really big deal for me, will improve my life in some major ways, and it would be an amazing birthday present! I just CAN'T be turned down for it a third time, I've been focussing on being able to do this for 6 months! I think a few weeks of low carbing it and staying away from salt should do the trick, as will making my appointment for the most optimal week in the month. SO glad I've been daily weighing and tracking my graph for 3 months now, otherwise I wouldn't have nearly as much info about the best time to go for it! Man... I feel like I'm sitting my driving test all over again. I passed that the third time, and I hope this will be the same!! Keep your fingers crossed for me! :D |
My reason to stay on plan... because in April I learned a loss no matter how small is a win and any win makes me a winner :)

I'm staying on plan because this is the first time that I've been dedicated and committed and I don't want to stop.

Because today I weighed in at 249.6! (Down from 252.2 last week), and I don't want to pop back up into the 250s tomorrow!

I will stay on plan today because continuing to lose weight will help this pain in the knees and legs.

Because hiking is fun!
