I want to join in, too. I've been doing TRX for my arms, and it's working -even just one time per week! This pear needs to work on those thighs... I'm in!

We are doing day2 today...we are all very excited here at my work, even if we are all complaining a little about our sore legs, everyone seems rather keen to do it....I think its that little motivation I added in

Also I showed one of the girls at work what squats can do for your bum....she is motivated as ****!!

Right 59.5cm
Here's hoping they get even a little smaller!

I started today! Are we meant to do them all in one go or can you split them up throughout the day? I'm excited to see if I can actually do 250 on day 30, it seems hard to believe right now!

Finished day 3! It says that you should do them all at once but I figure as long as your doing them do them how you can. Though I tried doing this once before and was doing sets and doing them all at once is easier!

Completed Day 1 strong yesterday with 50 squats. Just completed Day 2 an hour ago after lunch, did 55 squats! My thighs are definitely sore but it feels so great!
