Yeah. I'm not sure what my knees will do, but I promise to do squats on the days we are supposed to be squatting. I really need to strengthen that inner thigh though to make my knee problems go away.

Im in, me and my daughter have thunder thighs, even with weight loss, I read that squats leans the thigh. Good luck everyone.

YAY! I am going to start tomorrow! I had a crazy day today and could not even check this till today!!! I am so glad so many people want to do this! I am probably going to do half plie and half regular too! I am excited now! I started this a few weeks ago but no one would do it with me so I stopped!

Okay, just did the first ones, my legs feel like jelly! Had to do a funny sort of crouch-walk to the shower after lol. Looking forward to see what I'll be like tomorrow!

Ok so today is my day to start. I have decided I will do my squats at work and then when I get home at 5pm I can do my normal work out.
Oh and I saw I said im on a different time frame...apparently on a different brain frame aswell...I meant time zone. I have involved the girls at my work aswell with this...I think I should involve a prize to keep us motivated....hmmmmmm.... Good luck ladies!!! Keep on squatting!!! :-) |

So me and the girls at work just did our squats.... goodness...it looks much easier than what it really is.
One of the girls is very cocky and says this is nothing...she jogs eveyday...her tune changed very fast after our first 50 squates! Tomorrow is day 2 and 55 squats.... I hope that I will survive!!!:eek: |
