Well, I really like you guys so I decided to pop back up here for awhile. Forgive me for feeling a bit sad about it though! My birthday kinda derailed me. I'm still down from my April 20 start date, but I'm solidly back in the 290s (293.2 to be exact).
Will you accept me back even though I hope to desert again soon?
I've got an important doctor's appointment on Thursday and I'd loooove to be under 290. It's not likely but it IS possible, so I'm gonna shoot for the moon anyway! I can't wait to get back to once a week though - seeing the number jump up and down is really taxing!
I hear you on the annoying up and down of the scale. And it is TOTALLY possible. I am rooting for you! (But even if the doctor's scale doesn't comply, you're doing great so that's the main thing!)
Omg... I DID IT! I can't believe it! I literally stepped on on the scale like ten times this morning, moved it around thinking something was up, but every single time I got on... 289!! I'm praying this isn't temporary!

Isn't it the worst? Thank you!! I'm pretty sure the doctor's scale will be a little over 290 because of clothing, but it will be a lower than last time anyway!

Two days in a row of the scale being 297 so maybe, just MAYBE, I can say goodbye to the 300's...
That is super awesome news! Especially with work being so busy (something that can sometimes derail a person). I think you HAVE SAID goodbye to the 300s. Yay and congrats!
I saw 300 again when I hopped on the scale at night, but that doesn't count. Today was a-ok at 297.
Although dropping 10+ pounds a month sounds wonderful, this time around I'm going with slow and steady wins the race. I stopped my food diary because it was stressful, so I know I'm eating more calories than a few weeks ago. But the way I'm eating now is truly something I can do for life so a slower loss is ok for now.
We'll see how it goes, I might get impatient and shake things up.
