I hope it's a loss! I have no idea what tomorrow will bring for me lol.

Got in a 5 mile hike today with about 800' of elevation gain. It was a good workout.

I hope so too! I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be up a little bit because I went very OP, my family had pizza delivered and I just couldn't resist. Salty salty salt salt haha. We'll see tomorrow morning though (if I ever go to bed!)

Thankfully and surprisingly, no up this morning, just really thirsty - no down though, either. 290.5

Normally I only weigh myself once a week but I've got an important doctor's appointment on Thursday and I'd loooove to be under 290. It's not likely but it IS possible, so I'm gonna shoot for the moon anyway! I can't wait to get back to once a week though - seeing the number jump up and down is really taxing!

ThinkFit, you are so close! Hard to be patient when you're that close.

JustB, you did better than I did. I had a loss, .2. A loss is a loss, but hoping for a little more next time. I wasn't great over the weekend, though, so my fault probably!

Went back to Spin class today. Always a good workout.

I'm doing more and more hiking and feeling great but the scale is NOT cooperating. Back over 300, AGAIN!

Man, I really hope Elvis doesn't have the problems I've been having. I've been on plan though not perfectly - but this bouncing around 300lbs is maddening lol.

Well it will just make getting into the 280's that much sweeter. Then I'll know the 300's are really behind me!

Wasn't it great to see Elvis make it to 199!? I'm excited for her. What a great accomplishment. Hopefully we'll all be there soon, too.

Rodeogirl, I'm impressed with your attitude! I can learn from you how to behave!

I dunno if it's good or bad, lol. I just know that I have to keep going and not get frustrated when it's tough.

I am exercising more this week and sticking more strictly to my points. I hope to have a few extra each day.

Hope everyone's had a good start to their week! As of this morning I'm sitting right at 290, hopefully it goes down instead of up.
