Well, I didn't know it was a special walking day; but I went for a walk twice. They were both pretty short because it was chilly and windy here. When your nose looks like Rudolph's it's probably time to go back home. My fitbit tells be I have 6855 steps today, but I will try to get to at least 8000 before midnight. It isn't the goal...but it is better than nothing!
well i was thinking "maybe i'll go for a bike ride after lunch" but after seeing this i will be taking a walk! so sad, and scary as well as i have a heart condition (brought on by YEARS of anorexia) also.
