I've got a shoulder injury at the moment and would love to lift some weights but I can't. I've been doing walking for all my exercise instead.
Still 271 here. My pattern is that I stay at one weight about 4 weeks, then lose between 3 and 5 pounds. So, if the pattern holds true, I should be at 271 another 3 weeks or so...maybe into the 260s by August. I'd like to say I'm going to push to make it sooner, but my pushes never seem to pay off right away, so I doubt that, unless I get sick or starve myself, I could really make it any sooner than the end of July...
Justa, hope you find yourself at 279 sooner rather than later.
I'm officially in the 270s!!! 278.4, last time I checked. I'm really excited, haven't been in the 270s in, like, 2 years.

Everyone is doing awesome this month. It's exciting! You will bounce down the scale soon. I hate plateau times, but they seem to be an unavoidable part of our journey. Keep on keeping on!

I was surprised to see I was 274.8 this morning. I notice I'm up or down a little each day, but this is the lowest so far (this time LOL) won't be long and I will be moving!
Thanks, guys. Looks like all of you are doing great! I'm at 276, so not much change but I'm still excited to be in the 270s at all. It's getting pretty hot here, so I haven't been doing much bike riding lately :/ The heat & humidity just totally zap my energy & I hate it!
