Back to IE basics!

I am staying OP today because I love eating what I want when I'm hungry, enjoying my food, eating like a thin person, and letting the weight take care of itself... Because it does!! It's only when I stress myself out and become obsessive about micromanaging things that I STOP losing weight, I become miserably depressed, I stop trusting the process to work. I've been doing that for a few months and it has NOT helped!!

So, I'm staying OP today, because obsessing over it isn't fun, and I want to be happy again... Like I did when I started this 20lbs heavier than I am now

Because I have lost 30 lbs and I never ever thought I would be able to do it. All those times those people said that anything is possible, I was sure they were just full of crap. Apparently I was wrong

Don't even tell me that!! I'm on a mission to 199 and will let out a huge sigh of relief when I do. Are you saying the obsession continues??

And to keep on topic, staying on plan because I met someone today who couldn't believe I've lost 125lbs nevermind in less than 8 months. He was shocked, then I think he was staring looking for some kind of proof lol. Wanted to say, my jeans are a 14! Used to be a 28!

Haha, sorry Elvis The euphoria of Onederland is still there, don't worry, but no the obsession of watching that scale go down in numbers never really goes away. But, I will say, I can't see any lower number or maybe even goal ever comparing to the excitement of seeing 199 on the scale.

You are sooooo close and soon will experience that wonderful feeling yourself

Because they just announced my ten year high school reunion's tentative dates, and I might be unlucky enough to be available the weekend they pick

Because today we were told a coworker (about 48-52 years old) will not be returning to work because she had an aneurysm and has been unconscious for over a week. Recovery is not likely. It is a shock to all of us here... she was a overweight but not obese.

Not that those things can always be prevented... but it just opened my eyes to completely make my body as healthy as possible.

I will stay on plan today because my spring coat that fit last sping is a little bit tight... staying on plan means it will fit properly in a few weeks.

Because I bought a size L workout capri pants and they fit good enough with a tshirt for me to workout in. They were out of XL at the store so I took a chance. A few more pounds and I will be happy in them! I haven't worn a size Large in 10 years!
