thanks! and yes it does. i binged on probably 600 calories worth of saltines (i need to add it to yesterday's food log still) and since salt stores water weight i thought i would have gone up at least .5 pounds haha i was just craving some salty food hardcore and once i started eating them i couldn't stop xP and today im having pizza and reeses cups xD but i'm gonna make sure they fit within my daily calories, i don't wanna go over by more than 100 in the next 6 days. i try to only have one "cheat" day per week so i'm definitely counting yesterday as one!!

I just realized that my weigh in today brought me down to a BMI of 34.6 - I'm class I obese now, instead of class II! I've lost 5 whole BMI points so far - once I do that again, I'll no longer be obese at all! Woohoo!

Had another stall today, so weigh-in was 254.6. Frustrated, but happy there's no gains.

Also, random question, but does it seem like it to anyone else that this thread is less populated since getting pinned to the top of the board? I don't know...maybe people are just quieter this month, lol.

Two weeks in and I'm down 3.2 pounds. It doesn't look like I'll be making goal this month, but I'm fine with that as I'm working on more strength training right now. I'm still keeping my goal at 10 pounds to keep me motivated though.
