I try to avoid the 'I'm so fat' self-talk that makes me want to buy cases of cookies and drown my feelings of inferiority, but every time I look in the mirror, they seem to bubble up and fight to get in my head. But seeing your picture made me so happy! We are about the same stats, and you look fantastic! It gives me fuel to shut that negative person's nasty thoughts out of my head. Thank you for the post!

I've done most of my weight loss based on diet as well. It's not always easy to kick it up a notch with exercise, especially in the beginning, but you'll learn to love it. :D

I'm still doing the learning part myself. ;)
