I still dread that time if the day so find myself exercising after 10. I was doing mainly cardio for months now trying cardio every other day and weights every other day. I am trying to find a maintenance schedule that works. I am a little scared being up all this week but think Tom is the main culprit. If this continues next week I think I might have to go back to daily cardio.

I work 7-5 Monday thru Thursday. So I workout in the evenings. Usually 5:30-8. On Thursday (depending if I work on friday) i workout longer. Fri - sun, I workout in the mornings and again in the evenings.
I notice my weight is higher on Mondays and Wednesday. And I never weigh myself before my workout. Always after I shower. And NEVER in the mornings. I'm always heavier in the mornings. Still don't get that. |
Another "it depends" here. If I'm working 9-5, I exercise after work. If I'm working 1-9, I exercise in the morning. I either Zumba at a class or treadmill at home. This week I couldn't find my treadmilling running shoes, so I played Zumba on the Xbox before going to work. LOL
I don't really find time of day matters, though I much prefer morning Zumba classes to evening ones, but unfortunately I can only go to a morning class once every 2 weeks. |

I just walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes sometime between 7:00 and 8:30 each evening.

I know so many people who are crazy committed and drag their bums outta bed at 6 am to work out, almost like it counts "more" the earlier you do it LOL but i like sleeeeep :D
I'm home after work from 5 to 7 uninterrupted, so I get home, get in workout clothes, do any quick house chores, get dinner going, and do my exercise thing. Hubby gets in, I'm freshly showered and glowing and dinner on the table hahahah I'm JUNE FREAKIN CLEAVER!!! bahahahahha |
