Hello, My name is Tiffany. I'm 27 and a mother of 2 boys and a wife! I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. I have been heavy all my life, but after having two babies 21 months apart I am officially my highest at 250. I would like to get down to 150-145, or just wherever I feel comfortable. I'm constantly tired and worn down...I have acid reflux and I am ready to love myself and my future enough to lose this weight. With the help of God I can do all things. This year I will lose this weight!!!!

I could use as many friends and accountablity partners as possible! I too, will lift you up in prayer and encouragement. Nice to meet everyone!!

Hi Tocute, welcome and good for you starting

We are really close in stats. I also have two kiddos. I'm calorie counting and walking right now. Have you picked a plan "method"?

I'm 29, and have two boys that are 23 months apart. I started at 255 and am also 5'4. I think I might have a bit of an idea of where you are coming from. So glad you found your way here and I hope you find 3FC as helpful of a resource and support circle as I have! If I have ANY advice, its to not overload yourself with too much change all at once. Pick one or two new things to master, then add more - maybe healthier snack choices or a daily walk.
