I've been keeping track on my original thread, but I haven't posted separate updates, because I've been having a harder time this week keeping up with making sure I workout. Doing a little better the past couple days, so I'm feeling less guilty...lol. Anyway, here is my update for the first week:
Week One 01: 3 pts - No workout. :( 02: 4 pts. 03: 4 pts. 04: 3 pts - No workout. :( 05: 3 pts - No workout; I am sucking at this! :o 06: 4 pts. 07: 4 pts. Week Total: 25/28 pts. |
Week Two
08: 4 pts. 09: 3 pts. - No workout. :( 10: 4 pts. 11: 2 pts. - Under calories...a little sick, so only about 840. Ugh. :sorry: 12: 13: 14: Week Total: 15/28 pts. |
Exercise: At least 30 mins a day. 7 days per week.
Food: 1600-2000 calories. (im breastfeeding) Water: at least 128 oz ( 1 gallon) I started my journey march 4th. March: 03/01 . 03/02.. 03/03 . 03/04 4. 03/05 4. 03/06 4. 03/07 4. 03/08 4. 03/09 3 (only 64 oz of water) 03/10 3 (only 64 oz of water) 03/11 1 (sigh! only had about 32 oz of water and ate 1170 calories) 03/12 03/13 03/14 03/15 03/16 03/17 03/18 03/19 03/20 03/21 03/22 03/23 03/24 03/25 03/26 03/27 03/28 03/29 03/30 03/31 Total Points: 26/124 |

Sandi: Haha, okay. Well, my original post is all up to date. Easter kind of ruined my last couple days, but hey...I only got one 0, and it was on a holiday, so that's not the end of the world.
That being said, I got 101 points out of 124 possible. Not too bad, but wish I didn't wait until closer to the end of the month before picking up a regular workout routine, lol. Will work on that more next month! Nice thread idea. |
