Things that equal your loss

So I saw this in another thread and thought it was cute...

I have lost 32 LBS so far so here are a few things that weigh 32 LBS:
  • An ‘average’ 3 1/2 year old boy.
  • 14.5 bags of sugar.
  • Three(ish) gallons of water
  • A couple of Jack Russell Terriors

I yanked this off the internet, not my own. So its plagiarism but whatever. I think it gets the point across ;D.

omgsasha 02-13-2013 02:10 PM

this is cool! :) i googled things that weigh 5lbs. :)

Things that weigh five pounds:
1. A normal sized Chihuahua
2. A 5 lbs. dumbbell
3. Around 2500 Plain M&Ms
4. Around 900 Peanut M&Ms
5. A 5 lbs. sack of potatoes
6. Around 905 U.S. Pennies
7. 20 Quarter Pounders at McDonalds
8. 5 loaves of bread
9. A pair of work boots

SmallSteps 02-13-2013 02:36 PM

I have lost 41 pounds:

~ 5 gallons of water
~ The average human leg
~ TWO car tires
~ FOUR 10 lb bags of potatoes
~ Average 5 year old

allieballiebee 02-13-2013 04:10 PM

As of today, I've lost 80.2 lbs.

Things that equal 80 lbs:
- Ten human heads
- Two human legs (this is getting gruesome)
- All four tires on my car
- Two-year-old triplets
- A dishwasher

elvislover324 02-13-2013 04:31 PM

I lost a Tori Spelling...

Ok that was funny. I still weigh over double what she weighs and could never imagine being that small. To be her size you'd literally have to cut me down the middle! Talk about a tiny woman!

Tziri 02-13-2013 05:55 PM

Today: 90 lbs
= a newborn calf
= a small bale of hay + an average human leg

Bluejaybythesea 02-14-2013 03:04 PM

@allieballiebee: Wow!! LOL Yours made me LOL.

It looks like a lot of people have lost average human legs or multiples of those [EDIT: after all, what are they without the set?] lol.

Silverfire 02-14-2013 03:57 PM

As of today I have lost:

- 3 5 lb bags of sugar.
- A pair of D cup breasts (lol!)
- 48 rolls of pennies
- 2 gallons of water
- A (large) bowling ball

Mozzy 02-14-2013 04:45 PM

a Guinea Pig and the world's largest ball of tape.

1/80 = 81

Dona Quixote 2013 02-20-2013 09:37 PM

Very neat idea!

I have lost just about 50 lbs from my all-time high. So, I've lost $1,000 in quarters, or a small bale of hay, or (now that I think about it) my dog, who is a Bassa-beagl-whoosit, and weighs about 50 lbs.

Bluejaybythesea 02-21-2013 01:27 AM

It makes it even more amazing when you post up pictures... lesse... I'm at 37 lbs now... so I've lost...

SmallSteps 02-21-2013 06:47 PM

If you don't think 42 pounds is a major weight loss go to the store and bench press one of these babies!!

I thought I was going to die carrying it up the stairs! I can't believe I once carried this around every day!
