Hello Girlies, I'm a bit frustrated - peeked at the scales this morning and i'm up another 2lbs but I've been doing everything right this week I'm been really careful with my food and been working out every night even though I don't feel like it! What is wrong with me? I am due TOM today, so I'm hoping it's just waterweight but I'm still really peeved. Me and my scale are supposed to be kissing and making up after last weeks disaster! I'm now 4lb+ my ticker weight, official weigh in is Monday (and I'm away at a friends this weekend) so I'll update my ticker then if it's still like this. I know its only a minor fluctuation really but, I need a win *********!

You answered your own question. I'm in the same boat. I'm up on the scale today too. Straddling two decades when TOM hits makes me uncomfortable.
LOL. I also have official WI today. So I'm going to take a gentle walk today, B-6, some detox tea and really hit the water.
I, too, suffer from being right on plan, yet the scale shows NOTHING (actually went UP 2 pounds the other day and is staying there). SOOOooo hoping TOM is to blame and it will just slide off in a couple days (I used to only weigh once or twice a month, but now weigh about 2-3x/week and haven't quite figured out how my body handles things). I did suck it up and put the +2 pounds on my ticker to make it 240 since they seem to be sticking around, but will IMMEDIATELY move it once they're gone. Lunarsongbird I love/appreciate that picture LOL Purplekitten7 let's just keep pushing ahead and get out of these 230's/220's!!
We've got the whole month of March ahead of us to make some progress!

I hope everyone has a really great weekend! It's gloomy here and I have a feeling it will last all weekend. I just can't wait for late spring and summer. Lots of weddings to go to this year so It should be a fun and busy year for me.
Official WI at 232 pounds (which is at 2 pm). My scale in the morning is showing me around 229 to 230. Can't wait to make it to the 220s for good.

I did a first of the month WI today and was down to 234.4. I'll wait until Sunday to change my ticker, and maybe even be at 233.something but I'm still very happy to be in the bottom half of the 230s, and heading on into the 220s!
I gained some this week because it's TOM, and today it finally showed up some so I am more relaxed. Going to stick to my plan this weekend, it will be fun since we are celebrating my husband's birthday, and it's going to be busy. I am going to make some yummy and healthy muffins tomorrow morning for him to get the day going right!
Just popping my nose in here. I got down to 239 two days ago, but am up to 239.4 today. Hopefully I'll be able to join in here in a few days. Congrats to everyones losses this week. Onwards and downwards
TOM finally arrived for me this morning. I knew it was coming, but it was being slow. Yesterday I was RAVENOUS, but I stuck to plan. Was still up on the scale today though. ::shrugs:: 221.

Yesterday was horrible. Up at 7, making coffee, glance out the window and realise.....my truck is gone?! %$%&#! Cops at 7 am. Fun fun. Then my daughter fractured her phalanges in her palm trying to long jump a chair. Really Saturday?! Who peed in your organic smoothie?

Normally I like to sleep in on Sunday's but today I'm up so I'm gonna hit the gym, yesterday I used the elliptical machine for the first time without looking (and feeling) like an uncoordinated n00b lol, I'm eager to try it again.
