I just wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful support, encouragement and inspiration that I have found here.

I finally feel like I have my head on straight. I have been doing better and am starting to see the scale go in the right direction.

Different little things I read here that are said, keep coming into my thoughts and helping me.

I am feeling hopeful that maybe this time, the things I am doing will be changes I can live with and that I will eventually get to goal and feel better and have better health.
