So, I was talking to my best friend last night, and he informed me that today is National No Dieting day.....

First of all, WHY IS THERE SUCH A DAY?
Second, WHO CAME UP WITH THIS UPSURD IDEA???

And finally, I'm going to take full advantage of it.... I told my best friend that I would go out to eat with him, and I'm going to eat salad and all healthy things.... HAHAHA... that'll show him to teach me about National No Diet Day....

So in protest we all have to be especially vigilant to be OP! Salad, fruits, and lean meats for everyone!

i took it to mean "no diet" in a GOOD way. i changed my lifestyle. it's not a diet!! spread the joy!
