LUNAR~ my hole in the woods is what ive named my home! I live a mile off a terciary road and my driveway is the last 1/3 of that mile back in the woods! Im surrounded by 180acres (not mine of course but have rites to all of it)of woods (i actually own 2acres). my property line is a spring fed creek all the way around n my home sits on a "hill" right smack in the middle! There r only 6 other houses out here but all in a walking distance but not visible to each other n 3 of those homes r elderly couples which is y we have rights to all the land, we maintain it for everyone n look after each other! My own little world lol!

*My ankle is getting significantly better, so hopefully I will be able to return to regular exercise soon
*My family, and the health of our family german shepard who should be having puppies soon!

- grateful that I DID go to see the dietician yesterday. It was helpful. Grateful I saw that show on Dr. Oz... it was helpful. Grateful that I had an on plan day yesterday and no nighttime eating.

- grateful for my warm house and my car with a heater.

- Mom and Rachel are safe from the cold, cold weather

- I got through the day yesterday with some sanity around food. I am so very grateful for the willingness to try and no nighttime extra eating

- I did my meditations yesterday - grateful for that willingness, too.

- Took Mom to the drugstore. She had a hard time with her vertigo and the bitterly cold weather. But, she still wants to go.


- tomorrow I will see my Mike, Meg, Alex & Maya!

- the availabity of the weather reports. Goodness you can look and see what's what hour by hour. It's a good thing for planning.

- seeing Ben last night (back door neighbor) when he came to borrow eggs to make cookies. He's in high school now and so grown up. He said he'd bring me cookies and I told him no thanks. Glad for the willingness to say that.

+ I have a CREDIT on my Mastercard since I goofed and paid it twice

+ although I'm not unpacked, I dealt with the mail before bed last night
