  • New Year's Resolution is to be 240 pounds by Dec of 2013

    From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: lose 25 pounds.

    Down 2 pounds this week. I secretely was hoping for more because my first goal is to get under 300, but it will have to wait until next week or possibly my Monday weigh in with my family.
    I have been OP since I started and I'm so proud of that. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
  • Six weeks...I'd like to weigh 150 by Valentine's Day!

    Holy wow what? I thought for sure this week would be a gain, with it being my TOM and I went over by quite a bit yesterday. I'm just waiting for this too good to be true to be true success to wear off...then again I've kinda been working my *** off in pilates. xD So happy!!!

  • Very happy this week with a loss of 2.4 pounds, especially considering I entered my time-of-the-month. I have made great food choices and have resisted all forms of temptations at work (snack and soda machines).

    Congratulations to everyone on your successes this week and even if the scale didn't move, remember that success can also be measured by how kind you were towards yourself and how you took care of your body.

  • New Year's Resolution: I want to become a runner in 2013. I started my Couch to 5K program on 1/2/13 and I would like to sign up for a 10k this year.

    From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: to complete my Couch to 5K running program. I love running outside so I hope the weather won't be too miserable.

  • I would just like to say that I am freakin' OWNING my period this month. TMI? sorry! Last month I got soooo tangled up with moodiness and cravings and it was Christmas food and family and ugh, TOM was a complete disaster. This month, as soon as my "pink pad" app on my phone sent me the "aunt flo is coming" message, I went into hyper-prepare mode. Planned meals, planned snacks, I even planned SLEEP so I wouldn't get that fatigue... I am sooooo in charge.
