1.6 pounds away from the 1/3 point
 

Have to lose a total of 150 lbs - or another person.......

I am only 1.6 pounds from the 1/3 point. It is so close I can taste it. Hmmm bad choice of words :dizzy:

I have been just focusing on 5 pounds at a time so it doesn't seem to overwhelming. I get a "reward" at certain milestones and for this 50 pound one, well it happened pretty fast and I am not prepared with an idea for a reward.

Any suggestions?

Way to go Kat! 50 pounds is an awesome accomplishment! I bet you are feeling great!

I like the fact that you are focusing on 5 pounds at a time. That's what I do to.

As far as a reward, what about a spa day?
