Can't believe it. I used to wear a 34 inch waist pant in high school!

I am blowing so many $$$$ on clothes! It's killin' me. But, hey, my luggage is still AWOL!

Elvislover324 and IanG, congrats! And its good to see that I'm not the only one a bit addicted to shopping!

I've been upping my calories as I approach goal this past week, and its gone really well. I'd been averaging 1500, so this week I ranged between 1600-1800. My victory was that it wasn't a "big" deal. I'd been worrying about what increasing my calories would feel like, would I feel guilty or worried, but its been really natural and positive. And now its like a bit of weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can do this!

I'm cheap! I'm still wearing the same 4XL shirts that I was wearing at 405lbs!

I keep those for yard work Joe! But new clothes are just so awesome (even if I only get a month's ride out of 'em)! I'm hooked.

I hope you are kidding...you are far too handsome to not wear nice fitting clothes after your amazing weightloss. I'm serious...

I bought a new dress yesterday for a wedding coming up. I had 5-6 to choose from that all looked good (that never happens!) And I had to try everything on twice because the first batch were all too big! Icing on the cake (that I did not eat) Everything 30% off! Woo-hoo!

Aww, thanks. But, actually, I'm serious. I still wear them every day (polos and button downs) to work. I had to buy new pants because those bunched up and looked terrible. But the shirts, while big, don't look too bad. I have to get some new suits too. I had some smaller suits in my closet for years that I never wore. Then a few months ago, I was able to wear them. (I found receipts back from 1999 in a couple of them. Must have been the last time I wore them). Anyway, those suits are now too big. I waited this long to buy clothes... I can wait another 40 pounds or so.

I went on an impromptu bike ride of about 30 miles, and didn't eat as if I'd just done the Tour de France during or after.

This weekend I tried on clothes that had gotten too tight. I now have 2 dress jackets and 3 casual shirts that I can wear again! That really helps my clothes situation.

Wonderful news! I always feel so much better about myself when I have clothes that I like!

Congrats on having clothes that are way too big everyone! Most of my shirts are still workable, but I've definitely gone down a pants size...I'm just being cheap and have been wearing skirts to work until I can justify buying new pants.

I found out I'm losing two people at work and I have to try and find two new hires in the next couple of weeks since this is our busy season - I work in real estate appraisal (not as an appraiser - I don't think I have a big enough ego for that).

The point is, it's incredibly stressful at work right now and my usual go to stress food is a big greasy plate of enchiladas from a local mexican place and I drove right by there on the way home from work without stopping. I'm still incredibly stressed, but I didn't go to my usual unhappy binge place. I think that's progress.

I just found a couple of pairs of size 46 shorts that I bought a couple of months ago that still have the tags on them. I've been wearing size 42 for about a month! I must have put them down somewhere and forgot about them. I'll have to see if the store will take them back without a receipt.

Hooray! This is a HUGE NSV. I'm a stress-eater too, and work stress is one of the ones that tends to get me bad. Bad day=binge eating.

I'm still in the same size pants, but yesterday I noticed that they are too long all of a sudden! I think that means my legs or butt is getting smaller.
