Hi! I'm new here but I've been fighting to get past 260 for awhile now....I have been losing and gaining the same 20 pounds for the last couple of years and can't seem to get past 260. I did hit 259 weigh in before last but the next week I was back up to 260. LOL. I am skipping WI this week because of thanksgiving (I didn't overeat to bad but better safe then sorry). My minigoal is to get to 250 by Christmas.

I was 257.6 (working on losing a 13 lb regain plus 80-so need to lose close to 100). I hope everyone is doing well post-holiday!

Way to go Jenicra! I hope to follow you soon but the way I've been going it could take 3-4 weeks. But I'm not losing hope!

I weighed in at 258 this morning, which I guess isn't too bad considering I ate too much through the holiday weekend. I have got to work on portion control. It's like I have the willpower to just stay away from things completely, but I don't have the willpower to just have a little. I guess I'm an all or nothing kind of person. I have to work on this problem. I hope everyone had a great holiday.

Scale showed 257.2 this morning, which beats my lowest weigh in by a few ounces. I'm headed in the right direction. I do so much better on my diet through the work week.

Hi everyone, I am back after a 15 pound regain after 3 months off plan (currently at 257). I have learned that I need daily accountability in order to stay on track. I hope that everyone is doing well, it is great to be back!

257 this morning!
Only 7 pounds and I leave this thread, for good I hope!

Yesterday I had lots of stress in my life which resulted in crazy cravings - I didn't give in! Now I'm proud of myself

Welcome back Tiff. Good for you for getting back on plan.

Congratulations Suzie for not giving in to your cravings. I know how hard it is sometimes and it is a great feeling when you don't give in. I have to talk myself out of eating junk food or going back for seconds on a daily basis and it's not easy.

The scale showed that I was up a pound this morning, but I know I've stayed on plan the last few days so hopefully it will show another loss soon.

Happy hump day everyone!

Thanks Mandy Don't stress about the fluctuation, it might just be water retention if you're on plan. I am also the all or nothing type! Hope tomorrow's weigh in goes better for you!

Mandy, it's been definitely a hard night! But it's a wonderful victory to wake up next day and be able to say I didn't give in!
I'm becoming impatient, this is my biggest problem now. I want to be in Onederland NOW.
Shae, we're almost the same weight and started from almost the same weight! For me only calorie counting and exercise works, keeping a diary and a weigh-in every day; and of course, changing my mindset! After all, this has to be a lifestyle, not a diet. For me diet = failure.
Everybody is doing great, it's a great inspiration to come here every day and read about the scale and non-scale victories!

Weighed in at 257.2 this morning, so I'm back down to my lowest weigh in so far. Yay! I gave in to a piece of cheesecake last night. I was just going to have a bite, but you all know how that goes. It was a new recipe a friend made and asked me to try, banana pudding cheesecake. I picked the smallest piece and I counted the points so I'm not too concerned. I still have plenty of weekly points left and tomorrow starts a new week for my points. I try not to use all my weekly points, but it's nice to know I have them there. Since I live a pretty sedentary life with my office job and no regular exercise routine, I figure it's best to keep my points/calories a little lower. If I was really active I could probably eat all those weekly points and still lose pretty good. Weight Watchers is still new to me and I'll have to give it more time to see what works best for me. Anyway, I'll quit rambling on. Hope everyone has a good day!

Yay, Mandy, that's wonderful!! It feels so good to lose the weight! I'm at 257 too and it makes a world of difference.
I agree, nothing to be concerned of, regarding the cheesecake! I eat chocolate and sweets every day. I know I couldn't do it otherwise because I would just give up. I'm a sweets addict! I count the calories, log them and I do lose weight, a steady 1-3 pounds per week. I just take care not to overeat, and as long as I'm under my daily calorie limit, it's fine!
I'm still waiting for my 255, but I try not to be impatient. I logged a weight loss on Wednesday so I don't think I can count on another one before Monday.
