Thanks guys
I'm waiting for my 'weekend binger' weight to go away before settling myself into the 240's thread. I'm back in the zone again though, so I'm sure itll just be a matter of drinking my water, staying in my calories, and a little exercise. See you guys over there!

Congrats to all of you who made it to the 240's! Hopefully I'll see you over there soon. I was at 258.2 this morning. I've been struggling just to get back down to 258, which was my lowest weigh in so far. Hopefully I'll make it to 250 by the end of the month, that's my goal. My daughter also had a loss this morning. I'm so excited for her. I'm hoping she'll have a good loss soon to get her really excited. She's really been sticking to it. I'm so proud of her.

Last week I weighed in at 250.6. I didn't want to post in the thread because I was so close to leaving. BUT I weighed in today at 251. I guess I will be sticking around for awhile. I started working out (the FIRM-with weights). I am pretty sore so I think some of the weight gain or lack of loss is retention from water retention for muscle soreness????? Usually I give up weight training and go back to cardio because I like the # on the scale!! But this time I might try to wait it out! Any suggestions? Anyway, thanks for your support!!!!

LebenAlles!! Congrats on your loss!

Jammy255: Maybe we can leave together

Mandydawn77!That number looks beautiful on you I know you wanted it for a long time. Good luck on your end of month goal!

Thank you for the kind words RoyalAthena. I don't really have any suggestions for you since I don't have an exercise routine and certainly not weight training. But good for you! You are probably one of those girls that I envy because they have such nice, defined arms. I'm always jealous because I've always had big, flabby arms. I guess I should follow your lead.

The scale didn't really change for me this morning so still holding at 258. I'm still going to try to get to my goal of 250 by the end of the month, but it's already half over and I have a long way to go.

Way to go everyone who's moving on.
It looks like I'll be stuck here for awhile. I seem to have hit a plateau - I think hormone related. But I'll keep eating well, and working out and hope for the best.

Hi guys. I'll be here for a while. Dipped to 262 yesterday but bounced back up to 264 today-- water weight from a plane ride yesterday. I've drunk a ton of water today hoping to go back down.

RoyalAthena: We Can Do it Girl !!

I have a suggestion for you:
I use 2lb wrist weights I purchased from Traget

during my 60m Zumba workouts or 30m-45m treadmill steep incline walks.

I wear them the whole time, so I get my cardio in and some weights.

I can see my arms becoming more tone every week, and their a time saver.

I'm currently at 265.4lbs as of this morning. I'm going to start tracking more often using myfitnesspal and get some walking in as exercise and try to eat more fruits and veggies. My first goal is 255lbs. I got this!

Weigh-in is tomorrow and it's not gonna be pretty (convention food and drink + 7 hour flight = yikes!) but I'll be back on track for the rest of the week! Can't wait to get down in to the next thread soon.

three days bouncing around 262. Four hours in the car and two meals out, but I drank lots of water and ordered super healthy so I didn't do any damage.

Patiently waiting to see a whoosh down to the 250s. At least 262 is a BMI of 39. It's always a relief to get below 40.

I hit a new low this morning of 257.6 I know it would have been more, but we ate at the all-you-can-eat pizza buffet Saturday night and that definitely wasn't good for my diet. I'm pleasantly surprised to see any loss at all after that, but it probably would have been 2-3 pounds if I wouldn't have eaten all that pizza, pasta and dessert! Back to work this morning, which always gets me back into my routine. I seem to drink more water and eat less during the work week. I'm off Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving, but I think the family is just going out to dinner so that will be better for my diet. A lot less leftovers! I'm gonna have to buckle down if I'm going to meet my goal of 250 by December 1st.

Hooray! 260.8 today. With any luck (and a whole lot of holiday planning) I'll see the 250s soon.
