I am not new to the site but new to this club.
Can I join in ? PLEEEZE.

I'll tell you about myself (this is a warning, run now).

I'm 38, married, 1 baby girl 19 months old. Many years ago I weighed 300+ lbs. I lost 150 lbs mostly by starving myself. I kept it off for about 13 years (can't remember anymore CRAFT). 5 years ago my eldest sister died suddenly which triggered some thing in me I can not control anymore. I am seriously addicted, seriously!! I've gained back 80 lbs if not more, I'm to afraid to get on the scale. The more I try to diet, the more I gain.

Losing a loved one is hard. I can only imagine the emotions and the emotional triggers that might bring.

Gaining back is hard too - and having kept 150 lbs off for so long!!! I am in gaining mode, so I know where you are at. Do you have any thoughts on what it might take to stop this train??

Hugs!! You're in the right place. We all help each other here. You've lost an amazing amount of weight, and you can do it again. I know how emotional pain can lead to eating. I did the same after my father passed away.
