Back Again!!
 
Hi All, I'm back again after 3 years. It's been a rough 3 years but things are looking better. I was diagnosed diabetic about 3 months ago. My numbers are still pretty low and I'm slowly making my way back to my great frame of mind to get this done again. I'm down about 15lbs since I started and I would like to make better strides and exercise everyday. I've been tracking my food off and on for the last month and will do it everyday now along with the exercise. I've been going to aquafit all summer and just started back at the gym.

I JUST came back the day before yesterday. Howie and Kimberley are back here someplace, Dolly is back too.
So many of us really oldies returning all at the same time!!

Welcome Back!! We can do this together. A health challenge brought me back to healthier lifestyle. And it has worked as the best incentive I've ever had. keeping a daily accounting of my calories, water, exercise, supplements has really helped this time. Just a tiny notebook that I check off on and keep near me. Keep coming back-even-maybe especially on bad days.:)
