One reason to stay on plan today - September

  • Sorry. Need to keep first post in original thread. Now to go find the rest of the missing Sept threads. (I should never do this operation before my third coffee!)

  • because I'm FINALLY under 300 lbs and I don't wanna go back ever!
  • Because I've lost 50lbs and only have 20lb to go until my original goal!
  • Because I am going to stay 100% on plan for the month of September. I want to see what an entire month can do.
  • Today's reason is tights and tiny skirts.
  • because I am this close I--------I to reaching the 220's. My workout will be extra hard tonight.
  • Because I have to do Day 2 Week 1 of Couch to 5K tonight and I want it to be a productive workout, not burning off what I've scarfed down during the day!
  • Because I saw myself in a photo...
  • because I want to get back into my teens !
  • I will stay on plan today because I want to get to my first mini goal real soon, 249.
  • Today, I'm staying on plan because I want to make my first mini-goal by Sunday!
  • Because I'm finally back OP and staying OP is MUCH easier than getting OP.
  • Because I got to get this big @ss (______|______) in a swimsuit in less that two weeks!!
