Anyone here ever try the new super food Chia Seeds? I've heard some awesome stuff about them and want to give them a try. Our local organic grocery store has dark chia seeds for sale for $13.99lb. I have no clue if that is good or not, if light colored are better than dark, or if there is no difference at all? I looked on amazon too, and there are roughly a bazillion different ones to choose from.

Please help a newbie in choosing what is good in chia seeds.

I've been wondering about these little guys as well. From what I've read there isn't a difference from dark or light (from what I can remember anyway). I hear they are an awesome filler! However, I haven't went out of my way to find them. Maybe it's time... Hmmm...
