+ new Indian cotton pants arrived just in time for next week's vacation

+ only one appointment today and that's for pet therapy at the nursing home - always enjoyable

+ being able to cope with this very busy pre-Fair and pre-vacation time by striving for balance

= my freinds here... their listening ears and heart. Always here for enouragement and prayers. I am grateful

- doctor said it's not a tear.. I strained the tendon. I know what to do.

+ we have lovely rain today - it's also Fair opening day but the rain is more important
+ I still have "it" - worked at the Fair Office 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 PM last night

- all this smoothie talk made me go out and buy some extra fruits and veggies for some smoothies. But, I now know I can can't include any crusiferous veggies in them. I didn't realize that some folks can't stomach them as they grow older. Good to know.
