having two mostly on-plan days can do.
First, I want to thank each and every one of you. You all are fantastic.
Second, I went back through some of the other threads and used the ideas that I found there. Specifically I started using a wall calendar and the stickers I had left from my teaching career! Just like with Sandi's monthly point challenge, I reward myself with a sticker for staying on my eating plan, another if I meet my water goal, and a third if I exercise that day. I really like that visual!!!
Thank you to whomever came up with the sticker idea!!!
Third, I discovered that although I did gain, it seems that quite a bit is water weight as I have lost half of the gain in two days' time.
Fourth, while I won't promise not to have anymore down days (or months), I do promise to reach out again when I start to feel overwhelmed and not to wait like I did this time.
