:) HI!!!! I'm a new member to 3FC. I love this site. I've been reading some of the post and really feel I can get a lot of surport from you guys and give some. I've been on a lot of weight lose programs. I had lost alot of weight about a year ago. I had to have hip surgery and that set me back. Now I' m ready to start over again. I'm using the WW online program.

My pledge : to stay OP every day.

Hi!! you have done great!! Hope you lose the 9# by Easter. I'LL do the same and let you know how I've done and you let me know how you have done. I'm knew to doing all this posting. I think I will learn. :) I LOVE ALL THOSE SMILES.

My sister had hip surgery a year ago - very painful. She said she'd rather give birth to twins with no drugs :lol:

You bet it is painful. But I'm glad I had it done. I couldn't hardly walk a year ago it was so painfull. Now I can walk without pain.I've just got to get this weight off. Reading the post I think will help me a lot. ;)

Hi, Im new to this site too. I lost about 80 pounds after I had three surgeries in 6 months. But ofcourse the appetite came right back a year later. Im back on the ole horse. Im engaged to a firefighter, and he's mr fitness. I'm hoping that rubs off on me. This is a great site! I reference it everyday for something. The support is is great:)
