Default What can you do now that you couldn't do before?

I can:

Take my old jeans off without unzipping them
Walk up a hill without huffing and puffing
Almost take my wedding ring off
Cut my toenails a lot easier than 30 lbs. ago
Fit behind a restaurant booth
Use the 2nd hook on my bra

I can move my pecs.
Shave standing up in the shower.
I can run.
I can bend over to tie my shoes.
I can look myself in the eye and think I look okay.

I can fit in a booth at a resturant
I can ride in any car without worrying about the seatbelt not fitting
I can buy clothes I like instead of just the biggest they have
I can control my portions at a buffet
I can go out in public with more ease and confidence
I can play with my five year old
I can stand in the shower without my hips touching the curtain or the wall
I can bend over and put my hands flat on the floor without bending my knees
I can cross my legs with ease
I can wear my wedding rings and my watch
my extra chin in almost non-existant
I can control my cravings
I haven't tried yet but I'm pretty sure I could fit in a roller coaster
I can fit in the movie theater seats

I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of right now. Thanks for making me think about it!

I can cross my legs comfortably
I can walk up the stairs without being short of breath
I can fit into the rides at the amusement park
I can keep up with my 2 year-old
I can catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and like what I see (for the most part)

I can squat down, cross my legs, cross my arms (still with a bit of effort), wear my wedding ring without cutting off my circulation and much much more. All in all it's been well worth the effort the last 9 months, I wouldn't swap one minute of it for a cheese burger and thicker thighs that's for sure!

Most of all, I can look in the mirror and be pleased with my reflection.
I can fit into some regular sized clothes.
I can take my boys for long walks, ride our bikes, or just play with them.

Definitely fit into a restaurant booth is a big one!! Also-

Wear Jeans
Walk across the Grocery Store Parking Lot without getting breathless
Walk up the stairs at the Y without huffing and puffing
Go to the doctor and know that I'm not going to get a lecture because my weight has gone up again
Fit into the chairs in waiting rooms
