just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with this...
See... I weigh 250-something pounds (depending on the day).
I have about 34% body fat, which is mostly located in my stomach and my thighs (and my enormous chest).
anywho, I started going to Curves about a month ago, and haven't lost a tremendous amount of pounds or inches. I do see a difference, as if I flex I can really feel my arm muscles etc..
But you would think someone as heavy as me wouldn't have a matched fat loss vs. muscle gain.
It's very frustrating.
Anyone else struggling with this?
