    I'm okay with this - I've basically managed to maintain for the past 11 weeks. Not as productive as a net loss, but much better than gaining, considering how much I have had going on!
  • As I am attempting my weight loss by myself (husband is losing weight as well but without any set plan), taking part in this challenge is a good idea for me. So here goes:

    I'm ok with the result today. I was very inconsistent with my food plan this week and over-stressed at work. Need to work on that this week to get back into this challenge.
