Good job everyone on the challenge so far! Another bad week for me at work, but at least I wasn't totally out of control with my eating, so I barely stayed at the same weight as last week, but this won't work for this challenge. Have to get in more exercise to lose more weight, and I know it will help aleviate my stress too.

So I just got back from 5 days in Las Vegas and I'm up 9 pounds!!! I think at least half of that is water weight though. I'm so bloated I can't get my rings off! I definitely overate and indulged (I went there knowing I would) but walked hours and hours and hours. So I'm hoping the damage isn't actually as bad as it looks!

For me, this week was a success in terms of sticking to my meal plan (bringing my lunch to work, eating lots of fruits and veggies, planning meals ahead of time), but weighing in this morning, I am up 1 pound. I hope this is just due to my "time of the month", where I feel bloated. So moving on to this week, with better weather coming in, I plan on starting walking 4-5k every other day. I had a really stressfull week and "that time of the month" really did a number on me, but managed to stay on track, except for that one ice cream sandwich on a sunny day.
