congrats! that is awesome! ive been drinking diet sodas only for 5 years now, and just today i told myself, after i finish this delish diet a&w root beer, i will go without soda completely! can i ask what you do to keep strong, and what you do to combat the cravings?

That is awesome! I was addicted to soda as well before my weight loss journey so I know how hard it is to stop drinking it. I'm sure your body is thanking you, soda is one of the worst things you can put in your body! Awesome job!

I could give up my soda but man... I love Monsters. Someday, I will have to let that go... maybe when my daughter (18 months old!!!!) decides to stop waking up at night due to teething pain. :tired:

Thank you for all your encouraging words. I quit all soda cold turkey on January 1, 2012. It was quite hairy for a few weeks and I went through packs and packs of sugar free gum!!
