I've fallen off the wagon lately but today is the day to start fresh!

I made a delicious and healthy breakfast so I'm off to a great start.

I want to bust my tail in the gym this morning then in the afternoon I'll be walking 3 miles to my new job to fill out paperwork.

All my exercise for the day is in place so I just have to be mindful of my eating. No binging, no eating while emotional and not hungry.

I can do this! I will not let a few days of emotional eating ruin my efforts of the past year!

Because I just bought a new digital scale and it says that I weigh 12.6 more pounds than my old scale.
