Weight Loss Pen Pal
 

Hello,

I'm seeking some weight loss pen pals who are struggle and having a tough time getting started and sticking with a plan. Someone who can relate and being a cheerful email pal.

I'm 36, single, never been married, no kids..Living in New Jersey. I been struggling with obesity all my life. I'm 5'7 and weighing at 435 Lbs. Have over 100 plus to lose. I had lost weight in the past with Richard Simmons deal a meal,slim fast,but the weight crep back on due to poor overeating habits. Now, am having a hard time staying with a diet plan for a day and it gets frusrated...hopeless,etc. I don't want to do surgery,pills..but the right way like I had in the past. 2002,and this year, tried many times with Weight Watchers,Slim Fast,Atkins,FoodMover and failed and losing my willpower to do anything. I am seeking on seeing a nutitionist from the help of my caseworker within the end of this month..Maybe having one on one help,might do some good to for...In the meantime, doing my best now on sticking with Richard Simmons FoodMover. Focus on one thing at a time and that is finding my willpower on eating healthy...then work on exercise.

Welcome to our board! The people here are wonderfully supportive. I hope you will post often.

I'm sorry I can't commit to a daily e-mail, but will gladly help with whatever support I can. Between full time work, three year old son, home and husband who works nights, I'm afraid I couldn't keep up with daily e-mails. But I'll be here on the boad to help.

BTW, I live in NJ too, just south of Princeton.
