When I get really upset or depressed, the first thing I want to do is eat. I'm doing my best to find different coping mechanisms.

Synger...I've played with a similar high/low calorie plan, but only by chance and it works. Is this a formal plan and where did you get your info?

Yes, it's the Johnson Up Day/Down Day Diet (or JUDDD). If you google it, you'll find Dr. Johnson's site, and there's lots of info.

For JUDDD-specific support, I go to another board (probably can't give you the link, but if you google "juddd low carb" you will find it). Good group of supportive folks, and always happy to answer questions about our strange way of eating.

When I have PMS (like right now) or TOM. That is when I get the worst cravings and just want chocolate or bread.

So right now ladies I definitely need the will power dust sprinkled on me!

Late night!! I work until either 10 or 11 almost every night and I come home hungry eating is pretty much all I can think about until I fall asleep. I give in occasionally, but I've been good lately. At least when I do eat late now, it is healthier because there isn't any junk food in the house. :)

The week before my cycle is a major b*tch! Just went through that recently!
