Getting Out of the 240's Again!
Last Year I was in the 220's. I re-gained and I'm back in the 240's again! Thought I would start a new thread to help re-lose the weight.

Hi! I'm new to this board and just wanted to give you some encouragement. Is there a particular program you are using or ? I've yo-yo'ed back and forth over the years and am really getting serious, as it's only going to get harder the older I get! Good Luck to you.

On a good morning I'm about 246 (tom + sodium = a pound or two more sometimes), and I'd love to be in the 230's by the end of March. :) I'm exercising almost every day and I've never felt better, but my weakness is still fast food since I'm on the road a lot and can't cook. That said, I'm calorie counting at 1800 a day max, and I never exceed that - usually it ends up being 1400-1700 depending.
I've been a little discouraged because I've been giving in to high calorie things a bit lately, but I still have at least met my calorie goal - I just know the food itself isn't that healthy...but here's to seeing the 230's on the scale by April! |
